Presently, the internet has facilitated advancements that were previously unimaginable to mankind. This leads us to the next question: What does the future hold for this revolutionary technology?

Considering today's rapid revolution, upcoming innovations such as a new landscape of verbal and auditory communication, innovation with hand-held devices and major advancements in HCI(Human-computer Interaction) and their connectivity, expansion of the existing Internet of Things along with new levels of augmented, physical and virtual reality could be some of the technological treasures that the future beholds for us. 

While we can take a moment to boast about the future, we must acknowledge that even with stable, reliable and constant internet access, the prospects of harnessing the full potential of this digital marvel remain blurred.

Despite the key of the internet present at our fingertips, the progress remains confined to four walls.

As a community, we have surely come far from where we started, but at the same time, we remain very far from our destination, i.e. the future we imagine.
